Benjamin Forecast (born 23 March 2009), known professionally as ben (stylised in lowercase), is a British pop singer and songwriter from Bethnal Green, London, now based in Essex. Signed to RCA Records, a division of Sony Music Entertainment, ben creates honest, emotionally driven pop music inspired by real experiences, combining modern production with nostalgic influences. Before beginning his solo career, ben was one half of the pop duo Sunrise Eclispes, alongside Macey Smith. Together they released music including the collaborative album Ocean, before both artists went on to pursue solo careers. Ben released his debut solo single, Time with Me, in 2024, followed by Show You in 2025. In 2026, he released his debut album, Sad Summer, introducing a sound that blends catchy pop melodies with personal storytelling and a strong visual identity. Known for building a world around every release through artwork, live shows, merchandise, and creative visuals, ben continues to evolve as an artist while connecting with listeners through music that is both personal and relatable.
